You know those ugly fat women who go the hairdressers with a picture of a supermodel and say "make me look like this"? Well, if I won the lottery (which I won't as I've never ever bought a ticket) this is the picture I would take with me to the plastic surgeon where I'd politely ask him to "make me look like this".
